Many riders appreciate the convenience and practicality of having extra storage on their motorbikes. Whether for everyday items or road-trip essentials, aftermarket top boxes from various brands available on the local market have come a long way in terms of design, durability, and safety features.
When we speak of top boxes, Givi is usually top of mind. Now, the Italian brand again sets the trend by introducing the revolutionary B42N Antarctica model, constructed from the best polymer ever produced by the company.
The Antarctica’s high-grade polypropylene material ensures strength, security, and years of reliable service. Talking about another Givi model, On Hai Swee, the company’s managing director for Asia, said: “We saw that the E43 became one of the most popular top cases among motorcyclists everywhere. They loved the large capacity and shape as it allowed them to carry almost anything in just one place. Riders of all motorcycles regardless of size loved it.
“So, that is why the B42N Antarctica has a 42-liter capacity and is boxy in shape, but of revolutionary design and with enhanced visibility. We are confident that this product will do well, despite the current challenging situation.”
To improve rider safety, the Antarctica is equipped with reflective prismatic elements on its front corners. Its 42-liter capacity can accommodate two demi-jet helmets or one modular helmet. The case also features the latest-generation Micro 3 locking system that allows the rider to easily secure his belongings.
The B42N Antarctica will be available at authorized Givi dealers nationwide, including Motoworld and MotoMarket outlets, by the last quarter of this year for P5,950.
