If you fancy the racing component of the Ride series and the rhythmic appeal of Guitar Hero, then you'll like Sayonara Wild Hearts.
The pop album video game, which was originally released September last year by Simogo and Annapurna Interactive, lets you get on a motorcycle (or skateboard) and fight using lasers, swords, and dance moves in psychedelic arcade fashion.
Sayonara Wild Hearts boasts a custom-written vocal pop soundtrack and stylish characters based on tarot cards. The rhythm game synthesizes electric pop, dance, fashion, anime, arcade games and subcultures to come up with a visual and aural treat.
The video game story goes: “As the heart of a young woman breaks, the balance of the universe is disturbed. A diamond butterfly appears in her dreams and leads her through a highway in the sky, where she finds her other self: the masked biker called The Fool.”
