When it comes to goggles for off-road use, American brand 100% is a household name, as the brand’s iconic logo has been seen on the factory racing equipment of top motocross teams since the 1980s. This icon continues to support and inspire the off-road racers of today with its signature line, ‘How much effort do you give’
In line with its rich motocross history and continued presence in all things off-road, 100% seeks to blend both the past and the present with its newest Barstow collection. This new retro-inspired line includes old-school styles and collaborations with different creative artists, brands, and bike builders.
Among the brands that 100% is collaborating with are See See and Bonzorro, two up-and-coming motorcycle culture brands that each wear their distinct influences on their sleeves.
See See Motorcycle Coffee Co., a motorcycle-centric coffee shop, gear and custom store, and cultural movement, lends its Barstow goggles the same vintage touch it gives many of its projects. This retro character is combined with some modern flavor, as well as the brand’s friendly smiley face logo with two Cs for eyes, a reflection of its name.
Laboratoire Bonzorro is a true newcomer to the scene, with 100% itself still wondering who or what the company is. Some say the man behind the mysterious brand is a vintage flat-track racer, others say he’s some sort of cult guru, while some say he’s just a regular dad somewhere in London. One thing is for sure, however, and it’s that Bonzorro’s style is intriguing and unique, as is reflected in the various vintage motorcycling memorabilia, parts, and other goods that it sells. This mystique is easily visible in the Bonzorro Barstow goggles, which feature the brand’s occult-esque logo that’s easily recognizable to conspiracy theorists.
The non-collaboration goggles in the Barstow collection are obviously worth a look, too. With timeless designs, classic colors and motifs, plus modern features and technology, these pretty pieces of protective gear are sure to make you stand out on the trail or on the street.
These goggles are priced at P4,950 and can be purchased from your nearest MotoMarket, MotoStyle, and Motoworld stores, as well as Motoworld’s online shop.
