Yamaha has finally revealed the 2021 edition of its benchmark bike in the hyper naked segment, the MT-09.
The standard model gets a more powerful 890cc—from 847cc—DOHC liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine, and is eight pounds lighter thanks to a new lightweight aluminum frame. The naked bike features a six-axis inertial measurement unit, resulting in what Yamaha claims is best-in-class electronic control technology. It also has a 3.5-inch full-color TFT instrument display as part of its minimalist yet next-generation design.
