Fans of KTM will be pleased to hear that Team Orange will be updating its motocross range with new 2022 models. Drawing inspiration from its factory race teams, KTM says that each of the models in its new lineup will be closer than ever before to the championship-winning bikes of the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing stars.

Included in the 2022 KTM motocross lineup are the 450 SX-F and the 125 SX, which FIM Motocross World Championship winners Jeffrey Herlings and Tom Vialle got to throw around on the dirt for an upcoming video where the two champs give their feedback on the production machines.

These updates couldn’t have come at a better time. More and more riders, especially in the Philippines, are discovering the joys of hustling a lightweight motorcycle down a dirt track, through the forest, or wherever they may find themselves.

With the rise of off-road focused riding clinics and courses, KTM’s 2022 motocross lineup will likely see use by aspiring dirt riders, weekend warriors, first-timers, track racers fine-tuning their fundamentals, and more. We couldn’t be more excited for the continued growth of the off-road segment, as more manufacturers add dirt-road ready bikes to their lineups in response to the renewed interest in trail rides.

For those of you who already ride on the dirt, or otherwise have their eyes set on learning how to land jumps and navigate off-road courses, maybe a KTM motocross machine is in your future?

More info and a proper look at the 2022 range will come on May 4th, 2021. Stay tuned.
