This partnership, signed by Pilipinas Shell vice president and general manager for mobility Randy Del Valle and Suzuki Philippines general manager for motorcycle sales and marketing Jun Bulot, entitles owners of new Suzuki bikes to the following benefits:
1) Receive a Shell GO+ card preloaded with 200 points.
The Shell GO+ card allows members to earn and redeem points, which they can use to pay for services at Shell stations nationwide.
2) Enjoy free helmet cleaning.
Suzuki motorcycle owners can get their helmets cleaned at select Shell stations with V-Power Bida Bikers lanes.
3) Get discounts on snacks and other items.
Using their Shell GO+ card, riders can avail of discounts on food and other items from Shell Select convenience stores.
4) Avail of free roadside assistance.
Trained mechanics are available at Shell stations to provide free roadside assistance to Suzuki owners that experience engine problems during their travels. This was made possible through a partnership between Shell and Ibero Asistencia which covers vehicle, personal, and medical assistance.
Select fuel stations with Shell Advance Moto Care Express services also have trained mechanics that can extend assistance to riders.
To avail of these benefits, GO+ members must obtain or go beyond the minimum liters of fuel purchased every month—60 liters for private vehicle owners, and 200 liters for Grab operators.
“We are delighted to partner with Suzuki, one of the biggest brands nationally. The features and services in our Shell stations will be providing extra layers of customer satisfaction to clients who had bought Suzuki motorcycles here in the Philippines,” says Del Valle.
